In my talk on Sunday at our stake conference, I plan to use some of the ideas from this talk, Consecration in Marriage.
Note his final paragraph: "Are you willing to try a 30-day experiment? For 30 days are you willing to show nothing but kindness and appreciation to your partner? Are you willing to set aside complaints and disappointments and see the good intentions and best efforts in your partner? Rather than count the cost, will you consider seeing the investment as Paul did?: “I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ” (Philippians 3:8 NIV)."

Pouting Before the Lord
Here's the article from Meridian magazine, "Pouting Before the Lord," by Maurine Proctor
Introducing Ohana Insights
As a member of our family identifies a talk, scripture, message--or has a thought--and wants to share it, this is the place. Then we invite others of the family to comment and share their insights as well.
I posted the first one that I shared last week and some of your feedback.
Aloha.
